Item Description: LIVELY & BEAUTIFUL!!!! This is an antique W.G. and Co. Limoges porcelain finial handled treat tray with beautiful sprays of wild roses. There is raised enameling added to the pistils and petals for added artistic dimension. It is signed by the artist "K.T.", on the back. The floral finial and the edges are gilded. The gilding is 98% intact. It is marked with the William Guerin Mark 4 which dates it 1891 to 1932.
It has a beautiful hand painted gilded finial with a flower on it and raised floral detail at either end of the Victorian dish's mold. Mary Gaston's "Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges" valued these trays at $275.00 to $325.00 (pg 142&143), in the year 2000.
