This is an elegant hand painted antique Victorian Limoges plate.
It is the highly collectible mixtion T&V Limoges porcelain featuring gorgeous Wild Roses on a forest green and white background.
The detail of the flowers are enhanced by hand painted raised enameling. This was added for added artistic dimension by one of the very few factory approved artists who also added a gorgeous scrollwork design with shades of green surrounded by gold.
The original mold has raised detail near the edge and a scalloped edge. These areas are elegantly and heavily gilded. Gild is 99% intact.

It is double marked with the Tressemann and Vogt Limoges France Mark 7, on the bottom. That dates this piece 1892 to 1907.

Condition: EXCELLENT original,no chips or cracks.
There is a very tiny original firing imperfection in the green area where the paint did not stay on top of the raised area on the original mold.This neither detracts from value nor beauty. I mention it for the perfectionists like myself.
