Item Description: This is a beautiful antique handpainted Victorian Limoge display plate with pink cabbage roses and foliage. Look at the fabulous detail and beautiful array of colors masterfully painted by the artist, "M.Colette Carter", as signed on the back. The scalloped edge is gilded and intact. It is marked with the Haviland France Mark I, this dates it 1894 to 1931.
