Item Description: This is a stunning antique handpainted T&V Limoges porcelain handled tray with VIOLETS and some ferns. The artistry is masterful and detailed, the violets are enhanced with raised enameling which makes them "POP" to life.
The original mold is a rare and beautiful one that features raised edge detail, scalloped edges and an elegant handle.
The edges and handle are heavily gilded and it is 99% intact.
It is marked with the Tressemannn and Vogt Mark and there is a partial factory patent date (all the others of this mold are dated Dec.22,1896).

Size: approx. 10 1/4" x 8" at widest
