Item Description: Prettier than my pictures captured...This is a rare and exquisite antique Limoges porcelain handled ewer with hand painted violets.
The background colors are lilac (at the top)and light pink, yellow and cream.
The elegant handle, throat and mouth are heavily gilded. The gild is 99% intact!
It is signed on the bottom, "Ryan".
The Klingenberg Limoges France Mark 5 on the bottom dates 1891 to very early 1900's!!!
Size: 6 1/4" tall, the wide part of the bottom measures 5 1/2" across.
