Item Description: STUNNING! This is a rare piece in that Ester has painted Currants this time!
The wonderful part about decorating with currant pieces, is that they look enough like Holly that they can be used for Christmas decorating too.
This is an exquisite Limoges tankard with hand painted Currants.
It is signed by the prolific artist "Esther Miler" on the side near the bottom of the handle.
The original Pouyat (JPL) Limoges blank features a ridged bottom and a gilded top. The colors and detail are fabulous and it is painted all around!!!
