This is an antique hand painted T&V Limoges paper weight. It has delicate pink and blue flowers (forget-me-nots?)and foliage.
The original mold is a regal Victorian beauty with raised detail and gilded highlights.
It is signed and dated by the original artist, "A.F/P.T., 1898!"
It is marked with the Tressemann & Vogt Limoges France Mark. Which dates 1892 to 1907 (consistent with the artist's dating).

Size: 5 1/4" x 3" x approx. 2 3/4" in height

Condition: EXCELLENT original.
