This is a gorgeous antique hand painted Limoges porcelain plate that features a romantic Victorian couple. It is highlighted with sweet pink roses and an a delicate enameled scrollwork design near the edge.
It is signed on the back by the artist, "Kemp".
It is marked William Guerin Mark 4, this dates it 1891 to 1932.

Condition: Excellent,no chips or cracks. Possibly some very light wear on some of the enameling.
