Order Processing:

After you submit your order a hold will be placed on the item.
We accept PayPal (a direct link will take you there at check out and invoice you), and we accept money orders/cashier's checks.
You will receive computer generated notification of your purchase. Payment is expected within 9 days or hold is removed by computer and returned to "available" stock.

Pricing:

All prices are in U.S. currency. Sales Tax are applicable to Florida shipments.

Returns:

We highly value our reputation and your business! We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible and have sold to thousands of satisfied Limoges Lovers. We do not sell on approval and therefore would like you to ask any questions before ordering. In the rare event you feel an item must be returned, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item. Once an item is returned a credit will be issued. Buyer must pay all shipping and insurance fees on returned items.

Shipping:

All shipping is done through United States Postal Service. All items must be insured. International postage rates will be determined according to your area after you submit to purchase.

Damage:

We love our Limoges and take great care to pack each item to make the journey "home" to you safely.
If, despite careful packing, the item should get damaged in shipping, you must take the entire order including box and packing materials to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. Then notify us of the problem and the U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not attempt to return it to us as this will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
