Item Description: This more rare HAND PAINTED Limoges large vase from my personal collection. It features a rose garden scene of a Victorian couple courting with cherubs floating above on one side and and a scene of a tree leaning over a river on the other side. The talented artist added handpainted raised enameling to areas of the man and woman's attire for artistic dimension.
The original mold has 3 handles The handles and the top are heavily gilded. It is marked with the Haviland Limoges France Mark 12. This dates it 1894 to 1931.
Size: 10 1/2" wide and very bulbous.
Condition: Excellent. No chips or cracks. Please note I always displayed this with charger ID# 1269. Also, there is a ring of floral adhesive on the bottom of the inside of the vase.
