Item Description: This is an absolutly STUNNING antique Limoges porcelain tray with sprays of hand painted violets and foliage.
The artist added raised enameling detail to the violets and foliage for artistic diminsion as well as an intricate gilded scrollwork design.

The scalloped edges are intricatly gilded. The gilding is 99% intact.
It is marked with the Gerard,Dufraisseix & Morel Limoges France Mark 1. This dates this piece 1881 to 1890.

Size: 12" x 8 1/2"

Condition: EXCELLENT original. No chips or cracks. Note: on the one leaf where it looks like there might be a paint rub in the picture, there is NOT, it is enameling.
