Item Description: From the 1800's, this is a very large, rare and gorgeous Limoges porcelain footed perfume with hand painted violets and thick rich gold. The array of background colors are light greens, purples and cream. It is a beautiful mold with elegant feet. The feet, top of the bottle and stopper are heavily gilded. The gild shows vertually no wear. It is marked D&Co France, this R. Delinieres & Cie Limoges France Mark dates this piece 1897 to 1900!
Size: 6 3/4" tall with a circumference around the body of 14"
Condition: Excellent. One extremely insignificant nip where the cork attaches to the top of the stopper and this may have been original. Otherwise, no chips or cracks.
Note: If you are looking at the picture of the stopper, that is just a thin gold foil around the cork, I am not sure why, the cork appears to be very solid.
