Item Description: Esther (or Ester, it is unknown which way it is correctly spelled) Horlbeck Miler lived from 1861-1931. This is what the noted Author/ Collector, Debbie Dubay has to say about the artist E.Miler. "This particular female American amateur artist has acquired a massive following of collectors over the last 10 years. In this case, her signature increases the value of the pieces she has painted based on the basic principal of supply and demand."


This is a gorgeous signed plate with her hand painted peachy pink florals.
