Item Description: GORGEOUS!!! A rare mold!
For the cup and saucer collectors, this would be a prize set!

This is a beautiful antique Victorian demitasse cup and saucer set. This delicate Limoges porcelain features cabbage ROSES. The factory approved artist added heavy enameling to the roses and a gorgeous gild over enameling in a roses and stem pattern surrounding the roses for artistic dimension.
The cup is painted on both sides and the saucer features 3 areas of roses as well.


The original mold has exquisite raised detail near the scalloped edge and handle. The elegant hand painted gilding on the edges is fabulous and fully intact.

It is double marked ( more valuable) with the Limoges Mark 5 and the Lazarus, Straus, & Sons Mark 1. which dates 1890's to 1920's.
