Item Description: EXQUISITE!!!! For the ROSE LOVERS!

This is a beautiful hand painted Victorian antique plate. It features cabbage roses with background colors of green and cream.

It is fabulously painted by one of the few JPL factory approved artists, "Segur" as signed on the front.
This original mold has raised (3-d) detail near the edge and a scalloped heavily gilded edge.
The gild is bright and intact. It double mark (more valuable)with the Pouyet Limoges France Mark 7 and the importers mark of J.P. Wanamaker. This dates it 1891-1932

Condition: BEAUTIFUL!! No chips or cracks. Very light wear noted, does not detract and is only noticable under close scrutiny, I mention it for total accuracy.
