Item Description: STUNNING! This is an exquisite JPL limoges plate with hand painted pink roses and lilacs.
There is raised hand painted enameling added to the floweres for artistic dimnsion, which makes them "POP" to life.
The background colors are pastels.

The detail of the flowers and foliage are fabulously painted by the artist "A.R.R." as signed on the front. The artist is "Anna R. Roach" as this came in as a part gorgeous set and some of these beauties were signed with her full name.
The edges that are heavily gilded. Gilding is 99% intact.

The Pouyat Limoges mark dates this piece 1891 to 1932.

Condition: Excellent Original, no chips or cracks.
