Item Description: This is an elegant T&V Limoges handled charger with colorful double violets and foliage.
It is signed on the front by Pitkin and Brooks Studio artist "Griff" (Harry Griffeths who was a Pickard artist).
The scalloped edges and handles are heavily gilded. Gild is 99% intact.
It is double marked (more valuable)with both, Tressemann and Vogt and the Pitkin and Brooks marks. These marks it date it 1892- 1907.

Condition: EXCELLENT. No chips or cracks.
