Item Description: This is a beautiful antique T&V limoges charger/tray (it is flat). It features fabulously hand painted CARNATIONS. Signed by the artist, "R.M.Slack" on the front.This rare beauty has the whole artists color palate used, hand inscripted on the back! It is marked Tressemann and Vogt on the back.And also has the chemical company stamp.
