Item Description: This is a gorgeous GDA Limoges dresser tray with masterfully hand painted pink roses and scrollwork.Signed by the artist "Perl" ? (hard to decipher), on the front. The edges are scalloped and gilded. It is marked Limoges with the Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot Limoges France Mark.
